Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are free. After we see the space and talk through what you want, we give you a written quote describing the work, the materials and the price. A quote is not a contract, and prices can change if the scope changes or if a quote is accepted after the date it is valid until. Hidden conditions found once work starts, such as rot behind a wall, are discussed with you before any extra work is done.

Contracts for Home Improvement Work

All painting and remodeling work is done under a separate written contract that you sign before work begins. As New Jersey law requires for home improvement contracts, the contract includes our registration number, a description of the work and principal materials, the total price, and the agreed start and completion dates.

New Jersey law also gives you the right to cancel a home improvement contract within three business days after you receive a signed copy of it. Details of how to cancel are included in your contract. If anything in these website terms conflicts with your signed contract, the contract controls.

Chat and Text Messages

You can reach us through the chat on our website. Messages are handled through our customer messaging provider, and we reply as soon as we can during business hours. Chat replies are not a binding quote.
